Giallo paglierino intenso al calice, con sottili bagliori dorati. Il bouquet olfattivo è impostato su note fruttate, che ricordano la frutta esotica e la frutta a polpa bianca. Sfumature floreali e richiami ammandorlati completano il quadro al naso. Il sorso è armonioso e fresco, ben lavorato nella spalla acida e di buona persistenza.Quella che è una tra le più antiche varietà vitate autoctone dei Colli Tortonesi - il timorasso – viene lavorata in purezza per dar vita a questo Derthona etichettato “Fontanafredda”. Dopo la vendemmia, effettuata rigorosamente a mano, fermenta in acciaio per poi essere lasciato a riposo circa dieci mesi. Certificato Vegano, è un Timorasso che, dall’aperitivo ai formaggi stagionati, dai primi di pesce ai risotti ai frutti di mare, ci sta bene sempre.
Da sposare alla cucina a base di pesce, è perfetto insieme con il risotto ai frutti di mare.

Nice shoes!

I bought them in black and I like them so much I will be buying the brown soon. They fit true to size and are comfortable and stylish. I like the clean simplicity. They're basically a dressy sneaker which is perfect for my job's 'dress code'. Yet they're stylish enough to be worn weekends or a night out. They seemed just a touch stiff out of the box but IMO that's completely normal and fine - after just a couple days of wearing them they are breaking in nicely. No complaints on that. They seem to be of very high quality and I'm very happy with them.
